How to put on a racing helmet correctly

- Now close the strap. It should sit close to the chin, but not restrict it. There should be a finger’s width between the chin strap and chin. If you can move the belt up and down several centimeters, then it is too loose and needs to be readjusted. After adjustment, fix the loose ends of the belt.
- As the final check, see whether there is a two-fingers wide space between the root of the nose and the beginning of the helmet. If not, readjustment is necessary. Also check whether the head ring is tightened. The helmet should now cover the temples, back of the head and forehead, but not slide over the eyes and block the field of vision.
